It’s kinda impossible to avoid social media.
No matter who you are and what you do, you’re likely somehow connected to social media.
Many of us even spend hours mindlessly scrolling through our feeds, checking out reels, reading the entire thread of comments where people fight with each other (I know you did that too, I can’t be the only one! 🙂 )

Social media creates a beautiful opportunity to connect, but it can also contribute to our fears, anxiety and worthiness issues.
I’d like to talk about how social media impacts you and what you can do about it.

As everything, social media can serve us beautifully or it can impact us in a negative way.
As always, it’s mostly up to us to decide how we want to use it, instead of letting it swallow us.
I’d love to talk about the beauty of social media and its traps.
