MANGO JAM

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (500g) mango frozen, or fresh, cubes
  • 1 orange, freshly squeezed juice
  • 2 cloves

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the orange juice, combine it with mango cubes & cloves in a sauce pan.

  2. Cook, low to medium heat, until it's thick - till it becomes jam.

  3. If desired, combine it in a blender to remove any left pieces of mango - totally optional.

  4. Store in a glass jar, in the fridge.

  5. Enjoy!
