STEWED APPLES

Ingredients

  • 3-4 large apples cored & chopped
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 whole cloves
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a small saucepan & cook, with a lid on, on low-medium heat for around 7 minutes.

  2. Remove the lid & continue cooking till they're tender - the way you like them. If needed, add a bit of water.

  3. Enjoy warm!
