CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Luxury, fluffly & healthy treat

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups (3oz, 85g) dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 ΒΌ tbsp (50g) greek yogurt
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Over a sauce pan, low/medium heat, melt chocolate, along with cacao poweder & water. Let it cool down.

  2. Whip the egg whites with a handmixer, till thick.

  3. Combine cool chocolate mixture with greek yogurt & carefully add egg whites. Combine slowly.

  4. Pour into 2-3 glasses & keep in the fridge till serving - at best over night.

  5. Enjoy!
